We strictly control all steps from the purchase of raw materials, production and the release of finished products. High standard vitamin C series products developed and produced have become the first choice of many customers.

Strict control of raw material procurement standards

For raw materials, Jiangshan Pharmaceutical implements the global procurement standard. We perform quality management throughout the whole life cycle of raw materials suppliers. During the production process, automated systems are used for accurate control. Pharmaceutical grade products can meet the requirements of many pharmacopoeias, such as China, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Japan, Russia, India and other countries, and can also meet the customers’ requirements, such as injections, tablets, effervescent tablets, chewable tablets, capsules, disperse tablets, etc. Food/feed additives can meet the requirements of food/feed safety standards of China, the European Union, the United States, Japan, Russia, including requirements of JSFA, FCC, E300, etc.

To avoid contamination and cross-contamination, and facilitate cleaning, operation and maintenance, the layout of the workshop can meet the requirements of food and drug production. The workshop can meet the requirements of Class D cleanroom, equipped with advanced production equipment. Thus can continuously improve the quality management system based on the regulatory requirements of different countries. The clean room can control temperature, humidity and air pressure to ensure the amount of particulate matter in the air and the microbial level. In addition, we have different purified water system for production and laboratory, and the purified water can meet the requirements of pharmacopoeia from China and other countries. Products of food grade and feed grade have the same process route and flow, the same quality management system with pharma products, to ensure the same high quality products.

Aim for zero defects with lifecycle quality monitoring

We have physical and chemical test room, precision instrument test room, and microbial test room in the laboratory, equipped with ICP-MS, GC, HPLC, AAS and other high precision instruments. We can do product testing and impurity research according to ChP, EP, USP, JP, GB, E300 and other methods. The company has also set up on-site quality engineers to supervise production process, to achieve production process control. Each control point and step is recorded and under the control. The company realizes the lifecycle monitoring to ensure zero defects.
